While exercising is good at any time of the day, going for a walk in the evening is particularly beneficial because the metabolism has slowed down by the end of the day. Increase your metabolic rate with an aerobics session with your personal trainer before dinner. This will keep you from having seconds and thirds and help you relax after dinner.
