Best Exercises For Weight Loss

There are hundreds of workout routines claiming to be an end all to weight loss. How can you find an effective workout routine that will help you lose weight for good? To burn fat in the real world, a magic portion is unlikely to work. It takes hard work and dedication. You need to workout on a regular basis with a personal trainer to achieve complete fitness, strengthen muscle mass and lose weight.

Cardio
Cardio exercises are effective to help you burn fat. The secret to an effective cardio workout is you do not put too much pressure on the whole body at once, instead you exercise different muscle groups. Alternate your cardio routine from low to high intensity. This helps condition the body and decreases the chances of hurting yourself. For instance, a low intensity workout can be a long walk on one day, and a high intensity workout can be following an aerobics class the next day. However, cardio exercises don’t have to be boring or mundane. Your home personal trainer can make it enjoyable and add variety to the routine. For instance, you can workout on a cardio machine, bike ride or go for a brisk walk.

Squats
What are squats? Squats are all about strengthening different sets of muscles which include your arms, legs, shoulders and abs. When it comes to adding squats to your workout routine you may need to do 2-3 sets, 12-20 squats per session. If needed, you can include free weights to squat exercises.

Push ups
Push ups are another great way to help you tone up and lose weight. Incorporate push ups into your routine until you reach muscle fatigue. Attempt 2-3 sets of 15-20 push ups. You can increase the intensity of push ups by placing your feet on a bench or step. The routine can also be reduced in intensity by bending your knees instead of the feet, on the floor.

Leg Raise
Leg raise is laying on your back and bringing your knees to the chest while raising your head. To make leg raise an effective part of your weight loss routine, add 20-30 reps until the body reaches muscle fatigue. This exercise too can be done to increase or decrease intensity. Making your workout intense is completely up to you. You can do an intense workout, depending on your physical competence and the fitness goals you plan to achieve with a female personal trainer.
